1. Nature of Our Services
ZoneZero Roofing provides roofing installations and repairs, skylight installation, and exterior roof wetting systems designed to wet the roof, gutters, eaves, and surrounding areas to help reduce ignition risk from wind-blown embers.
Roof wetting systems may connect to domestic water supplies or approved backup sources (pools, tanks) and use quality materials like copper ProPress piping and brass sprinkler heads.
2. Important Limitations and Disclaimers
These are exterior wildfire mitigation systems only. They are not designed, certified, or intended for structural fire suppression, interior protection, life safety, or compliance with fire codes or NFPA standards (NFPA 13, 13R, 13D).
ZoneZero is not NFPA-certified. Our installations are not intended to replace fire department, building department, life safety, or code-mandated inspections where required.
Our systems are supplemental defensive measures and not substitutes for defensible space, fire-resistant materials, vegetation management, evacuation planning, insurance coverage, or professional firefighting response.
Wildfires are unpredictable and affected by factors outside our control (wind, ember density, fuel load, water pressure, power outages, activation timing, maintenance). No system guarantees prevention of ignition, property damage, loss, or complete protection.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all services, installations, consultations, recommendations, and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or specific results.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to ZoneZero for the specific installation or service at issue.
